Every new shop uses the Business plan for 30 days, without payment details. Then it moves to Start automatically, unless you have picked a paid plan.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of each month, yearly plans at the end of the year. You keep using Start for free afterwards.
Your data stays. If you have more users than your new plan allows, the other users are deactivated and only the main user stays active. After an upgrade, or once you have removed enough users, they are active again right away.
Card, SEPA Direct Debit and other methods through our payment provider Stripe. Payment details never reach myrecloud.
myrecloud invoices businesses in the EU without VAT under the reverse-charge rule. We ask for your EU VAT ID before your first payment and check it in the EU's VIES register.
